WOOD PELLETS
Wood pellets are manufactured from raw materials such as sawdust, and wood waste in the wood industry as well as plant materials such as stalks, peanut pods, bagasse… Wood pellets are an economical fuel for the producer, while also helping to protect the environment and without having a dangerous impact on the health of the user.
As a commodity with a high export volume, accompanied by practical application of friendly environment:
1. In industry: Low to medium quality requirements
– As fuel: As a type of fuel with high energy generation, less environmental pollution, wood pellets are one of the effective environmental protection measures instead of many types of fossil fuels.
– Dehumidifying barns: In countries with a developed livestock industry like ours, methods of caring for animals with applications of wood pellets are quite popular. Specifically, pellets will be used to desiccate the barn, minimizing disease in livestock.
– Fertilizer: In addition to its uses for fuel and desiccant, wood pellets are also used in many places as fertilizer, mainly for composting as organic nutrients for ornamental plants and fruit trees…
2. In life: Requiring high quality, not harmful to the health of users because of using in daily life
– Pet cage linings: Fast absorbency, odorless, cheap price, so wood pellets are currently popular for pets such as hamsters, rabbits…
– Making materials for heating fireplaces, ovens: With convenience, easy to use, and non-toxicity, wood pellets can completely meet the needs of becoming environmentally friendly and human burning materials.
WOOD PELLETS PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Collect and buy material
We select manufacturers that purchase raw materials from reputable suppliers, ensure a clear source of raw materials, and comply with the standard Japanese wood pellet production provided by Vina-CUES.
2. Grind the ingredients
Raw materials for the production of wood pellets will be selected, divided, and put into the mill, for the right size. Raw materials after grinding will be shaped like sawdust, ensuring a quality finished product, with the highest compression density.
3. Creates the right moisture for the ingredients
In the wood pellet manufacturing process, the moisture balance for the raw materials is a very important step that directly affects the quality of the wood pellets. Raw materials that are too wet will make the pellets unstable and easily become moldy during packaging, transportation, and waiting for use. And vice versa, too dry materials will also make adhesion and compression difficult.
4. Shaping wood pellets
This is the stage that helps the sawdust materials turn into solid wood pellets. Grinded materials are put under modern technology of speed and pressure to be compressed into small and evenly wood pellets without the need for any additives or binder chemicals.
5. Reduce the temperature for wood pellets
Wood pellets after being compressed under high pressure and having a very hot temperature cannot be packed immediately, requiring pre-cooling. In this step, the conveyor will transport the wood pellets into the cooler and the machine will lower the temperature of the pellets. After this step, the fully-sized pellets are ready for use.
6. Packing finished wood pellets
After the cooling step, put the wood pellets into the packing machine and the wood pellets will be sealed with bags depending on customer requirements. After this step, the finished wood pellets are ready to be shipped to the customer.
Vina-CUES is always looking for Wood Pellets Manufacturer in Vietnam to supply large quantities for export to Japan, and we also ensure the technical process and quality to produce products that achieve the highest requirement in accordance with international standards, especially a strict country like Japan.
