Soft skills (also known as Social Practice Skills) is a term related to emotional intelligence used to refer to important skills in human life such as life skills, communication, leadership, team work, time management skills, relaxation, overcoming crises, creativity and innovation…

“Soft” skills are mainly the skills of human personality, non-professional, unable to touch, not special personality skills, they determine your ability to become leader, audience… The “hard” skills in the opposite sense often appear on your resume – your education, your professional experience and expertise, negotiating or conflict mediator.

Types of soft skills

– Optimistic attitude: At work, an optimistic leads to positive actions and attitudes, which in turn leads to positive results.

– Know how to work in groups: Employers interested in employees who show good teamwork ability. This is not only collaborative, but also demonstrates good leadership when needed.

– Effective communication: Good communication is an essential skill for a person’s work performance. Communication is the medium that allows you to build good relationship with your coworkers, persuade others to accept your opinion and express your needs.

– Active, confident and convincing: A confident attitude is important when you want to impress someone. It is important to make others aware of your strengths. While being humble to receive praise is important, admitting one’s strengths is just as important.

– Practice creative skills: Creativity and intelligent thinking are appreciated in any job. Even the most technical work requires the ability to think out of the box. So never underestimate the power of creative problem-solving.

– Accept and learn from criticism: This is one of the most challenging skills, and also the most impressive for employers. Your ability to respond to critiques reflects a lot about your willingness to take in demand. At the same time, being able to evaluate and comment constructively on the work of others is equally important.

– Deal with stressful emotions: In life, there are many causes of stress. Due to exam pressure, family relationships, school relationships, social relations … That’s why the skills to deal with stress are extremely necessary. Adapting to stress will help you have positive even in difficult situation, positive thoughts, gradually turning stress into a positive motive.

– Self-control and self-assessment: Practice thinking and making decisions for yourself from career to education. Learn yourself to define your own clear career goals. No one knows me better than myself. Learn your strengths and weaknesses to maximize your strengths and improve yourself.

– Motivating yourself and leading others: It is very important for employers to know if you are active and creative. This means you constantly find new solutions to your work that make it even more appealing to even repetitive tasks.

– Multipurpose and prioritize work: In today’s workplace, a good employee who is capable of concurrently adding several other jobs, or projects at the same time. Can you keep track of the progress of different projects? Do you know how to prioritize the most important things? If possible, you are called a multipurpose person.

– Comprehensive vision: Having a job overview means being able to identify the factors that lead to success. This also means recognizing the potential hazards and when they occur. For example, say you work in advertising and have to build a campaign to advertise a brand of soap. If you look at it overall, you can see that the purpose is not only to sell goods, but also to satisfy and convince customers about product quality. – Adaptability in the workplace: means being able to change in order to become successful. Adaptability is a soft skill that employers seek when hiring candidates. Employees in a leadership role often have to manage unusual circumstances where there are no explicit instructions. They must learn how to rest upon their own judgment and have the confidence to make difficult decisions.
